Rhubarb-Pineapple Freezer Jam

5 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
1 cup undrained crushed pineapple
4 cups sugar
1 package strawberry gelatin -- (4-serving size)

Combine rhubarb, pineapple and sugar. Bring to a boil; boil 4 minutes. Add dry gelatin. Let cool. Fill jars, seal according to manufacturer's directions and freeze.
