Pineapple Vinaigrette

1 c Chopped Fresh Pineapple
1 c Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
1/3 c Rice Vinegar
1 tb Minced Seeded Jalapeno Chili
1/2 tb Curry Powder
1/2 tb Ground Pepper
1 tb Vegetable Oil

Puree pineapple in processor until smooth. Add bell pepper, vinegar, chili, curry powder and ground pepper; process until smooth. With machine running, gradually add oil.
